Shipping

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 days of receipt however, custom made formulas may take a little longer. You will be contacted by email when you order has shipped.

UK customers – goods are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. 

Overseas customers – Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service, delivery times vary. Tracking information will be sent via email to let you know when your goods are on their way, allowing you to follow their progress.

International shipping costs are charged as follows:

• Europe – £12.50

• USA – £22.50

• Rest of World – £25

Returns

If you choose to cancel your order then you will be entitled to a full refund, please contact us by phone or email, before your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of receipt of the order.  The refund will be returned to your account within 3 working days of receipt of your cancellation. If your order has been dispatched then due the nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer a refund unless your order is incorrect or damaged in transit.

Damaged Products and Incorrect Orders

You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods you have ordered are damaged upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not what you originally ordered. Please contact us with your order number and we will assist you.
